NUTRI-STAHL NUTRITIONAL AND MINIMUM MOISTURE COOKWARE

Your stainless steel cooking utensils have been manufactured by the NUTRI-STAHL Cookware Company, and each piece is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is expressly granted in lieu of all other warranties except implied warranties. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, and without charge. If this product is discontinued, we will replace with similar product of equal value.   This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of or to any part of this product.   Scratches, stains, discoloration, damage caused by automatic dishwasher use or damage caused by overheating are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.  With the exception of damages resulting from NUTRI-STAHL Cookware's failure to comply with federal or state warranty law, this warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect.   Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 
   

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state. All transportation charges and shipping expenses are the purchaser's responsibility. Coverage for your NUTRI-STAHL Cookware terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the NUTRI-STAHL Cookware.   If service becomes necessary, return the product, insurance and freight or postage prepaid, with a written description of the claimed defect and proof of purchase from an authorized distributor to:
