4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup unsalted butter
1 loaf Italian or French bread, sliced
Preheat large skillet over medium heat. In medium skillet sauté garlic and butter 2-3 minutes. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush one side of bread with butter/garlic mixture and place on large skillet, buttered side down.
Cook each piece about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, turn and brown unbuttered side.
